KanyaKumari Government Medical College (KGMC) is located in Asaripallam in Nagercoil in Tamil Nadu. It was established in 2003 as a government medical college. The college is affiliated with Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University and recognized by the Medical Council of India.

KGMC is approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC) and the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

KGMC offers courses in different specializations, including Orthopaedics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, ENT, General Surgery, Paediatrics, Anaesthesiology and General Medicine. The flagship course is MBBS. College has around 700 students and 150+ faculty members. Its campus spans 101 acres.

There are hostel facilities for both boys and girls. The college also features a library, IT infrastructure, an auditorium and sports facilities for different games. Entrance tests accepted for admission include NEET, NEET PG and NEET SS.
