Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology (SKCET) is located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. It is a private and autonomous institute established in 1998.

Campus covers an area of 41.5 acres. It provides undergraduate and postgraduate programs in technology and computer applications. Undergraduate courses include BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering and Information Technology. The postgraduate courses include ME in Applied Electronics, Communication Systems, Computer Science, Engineering Design, MCA and MBA. Institute also offers PhD programs in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering and Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

The total student enrollment is 4300 for undergraduate programs and 700 for postgraduate programs. Faculty strength is 350 which includes 80 PhD holders.

SKCET is affiliated with Anna University. The institute has received an 'A' grade accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with a score of 3.42 out of 4.

The institute accepts TNEA scores for BE/B.Tech admissions. For ME/M.Tech and MBA/MCA admissions it accepts CEETA PG and TANCET scores.

In the NIRF 2023 rankings SKCET is placed within the 101-150 rank band. It is also listed among the Top 150 Engineering Institutions in the NIRF Ranking 2019.

The college concluded its 2023 placement drive with 1176 placements achieving a placement rate of 97%. The highest package offered was INR 46 LPA while the average package stood at INR 6 LPA. A total of 232 recruiters participated in the placement drive.
