Madras Medical College (MMC) is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Established in 1835. It is the third oldest medical college in India. MMC operates as a government college. It is affiliated with The Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University.

MMC offers undergraduate courses like MBBS, BSc Nursing, BPT and BPharma The postgraduate programs include MD/MS, MPT, MSc Nursing and PG Diploma courses. Flagship program is MBBS. The college has many departments, including Anatomy, Biochemistry, Dermatology and Forensic Medicine.

The institute has a student body of nearly 1,250 and a faculty and staff of 400. MMC provides different facilities, including hostels, medical facilities, a library, sports facilities, an auditorium and a cafeteria. It also maintains a computer lab and a well-stocked library.
