Tirunelveli Medical College (TVMC) is a government medical institute located in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. It was established in 1965 and covers an area of 228 acres. The college is affiliated with Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University. It is recognized by the Medical Council of India and is listed in the World Health Organisation's database of Medical Teaching Institutions.

TVMC offers many courses, including MBBS, MD/MS, DM/M.Ch, Paramedical, B.Sc Nursing and Diploma programs. The flagship program is the MBBS course. The institute can accommodate 250 MBBS undergraduate students 140 MD/MS residents and 23 DM/MCh students.

The campus features modern infrastructure with facilities like lecture halls, libraries, reading rooms, auditoria and separate hostels for males and females. Admission to the MBBS program occurs through NEET UG. For MD/MS admissions candidates must meet the NEET PG cutoff. Those seeking DM/M.Ch programs need to pass the NEET SS exam.

Medical Council of India has approved the institute. In 2023, the college was ranked 81 out of 100 medical colleges in India by IIRF. TVMC has collaborations including one with the ICMR-National Institute of Epidemiology.
