It is a prestigiouscollege with a track record of distinction in academics, sports and co-curricular activities. With an enrolment of over 3000 students, it has different departments engaged in offering undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Arts, Science and Commerce.The faculty is highly qualified and experienced, a majority of them with doctoral degrees qualifications and some of them are guiding students at the M.Phil and doctoral levels. I.B (Post Graduate) College, Panipat was established in 1956 in the memory of the well wisher of Laiya Biradari (Late) Sh. Inder Bhan Dhingra.
