Scholarships

Government of India Scholarship: This scholarship is available for SC/ST students whose annual income is less than Rs. 2.5 lakhs. It covers tuition fees, exam fees and other charges.
Government of Karnataka Scholarship: For OBC students with an annual income below Rs. 1 lakh, this scholarship covers tuition fees, exam fees and other charges.
Merit Cum Means Scholarship: Minority students (Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains and Parsis) with an annual income below Rs. 2.5 lakhs can benefit from this scholarship, which covers up to Rs. 20,000 per annum for tuition fees.
Post Matric Scholarship: Available for students belonging to backward classes (category I, II A, II B, III A, III B) with an annual income below Rs. 2.5 lakhs for category I and Rs. 1 lakh for other categories. It covers tuition fees, exam fees and other charges.
Fee Concession Scheme: Backward class students (category I, II A, II B, III A, III B) with an annual income below Rs. 44,500 for category I and Rs. 15,000 for other categories can avail this scheme covering tuition fees only.
Defense Scholarship: Children of ex-servicemen or defense personnel who are killed or disabled in action or during peace time can apply for this scholarship covering tuition fees, exam fees and other charges.
Karnataka Minorities Development Corporation Loan: Minority students (Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains and Parsis) with an annual income below Rs. 6 lakhs can access this loan covering up to Rs. 1 lakh per annum for tuition fees at an interest rate of 3% per annum.
BLDEA Merit Scholarship: Meritorious students securing more than 90% marks in PUC or equivalent examinations can receive up to Rs. 25,000 per annum for tuition fees.
