Indian Institute of Plantation Management

is located in Karnataka and established in the year 1993. The institute is affiliated with Bangalore University and Karnataka, accredited by HLACT International, AACSB International and EFMD, and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

The institute provides Master in business application, certificate, and post graduate diploma in management and some research courses in various fields.

Admissions in these courses are done on the basis of marks scores in qualifying tests such as Karnataka PGCET, CMAT, CAT, GATE, XAT, ATMA, JRF, UGC/NET, and GRE.

The college also provides post graduate diploma and certificate programs in following fields-

• PG Diploma in Food Processing and Business Management,

Hostel and Facilities

Hostel

The institute provides separate hostels for both boys and girls and also has an independent girls’ hostel with mess facilities. The hostel fees are INR 88500 per year.

The Knowledge Resource Center houses the library which has over 8000 books numerous CDs and 140 national and international journals.

The technical laboratory has multiple facilities including those for tea and coffee tasting, Enology and new product development and the campus also has a separate Research Center. The computer center has computers with high speed internet connection.

Apart from these, the institute also has an Entrepreneurship facility and a Writers’ Forum.
