Scholarships

Merit Scholarship:

Eligibility: Students must have secured a minimum of 75% marks in 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects for engineering courses, or a minimum of 60% marks in 10+2 or equivalent examination with any stream for other courses.
Coverage: Depending on various parameters in academics, financial position, sports and cultural participation, the scheme grants full to partial waiver on tuition fees.
The scholarship amount varies from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 50,000 per annum.
Students must also maintain a minimum of 75% attendance and 70% marks in each semester to continue receiving the scholarship.

Need-based Scholarship:

Eligibility: This scholarship is for students who belong to economically weaker sections or have physical disabilities.
The annual income of the family must not exceed Rs. 2.5 lakhs for engineering courses or Rs. 1.5 lakhs for other courses.
Students must also submit proof of income, caste certificate, disability certificate (if applicable) and other relevant documents to the college office.

Graduate and Post-graduate Scholarships:

Eligibility: Students who have completed their graduation or post-graduation from BMGI or any other recognized institution with a minimum of 60% marks.
The scholarship amount is 10% of the tuition fee for the first year of admission.
