Fee Structure of JSS Academy Of Technical Education (JSSATE) , Bangalore

1. National Scholarship Portal (NSP) - Minority (Muslim/Sikh/Jain/Christian) Scholarship (Merit Cum means):

• Applicable to: Students belonging to minority communities who have secured at least 50% marks in the previous final examination and whose annual family income is less than Rs. 2.5 lakhs.
• Expenses covered: Varies from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 20,000 per annum depending on the course.

1. NSP: AICTE “Pragati†and “Saksham†Scholarship schemes:

• Pragati scholarship:
  • Applicable to: Girl students admitted through centralized admission process with an annual family income less than Rs. 8 lakhs.
  • Expenses covered: Rs. 50,000 per annum for tuition fees or actual tuition fees, whichever is less.
• Saksham scholarship:
  • Applicable to: Differently abled students admitted through centralized admission process with an annual family income less than Rs. 8 lakhs.
  • Expenses covered: Same as Pragati scholarship.

1. Karnataka Labour Welfare Board scholarship:

• Applicable to: Children of registered laborers under Karnataka Labour Welfare Board.
• Expenses covered: Rs. 10,000 per annum for engineering courses.

1. Jindal Scholarship:

• Applicable to: Students who have secured more than 70% marks in the previous qualifying examination and whose annual family income is less than Rs. 2.5 lakhs.
• Expenses covered: Rs. 10,000 per annum for engineering courses.

Other scholarships available include the Lila Poonawala Foundation Scholarship, Institutional Scholarships and Government Scholarships.
