The NCERC is a private college established in the year 2002. It is located in Thrissur, Kerala. The college is affiliated to the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU) and the AICTE. It is accredited by the NAAC and approved by the AICTE. It is one of the educational institutions which comes under the collective of Nehru Group of Institutions.

The campus is built in a huge lush green area, in a way which benefits the students aesthetically, academically and professionally.
