Vignan Foundation for Science, Technology and Research (VFSTR) is a private university located at Andhra Pradesh. It focuses on undergraduate courses such as Agriculture Engineering, Automobile Engineering, Bio Informatics, Bio-Medical Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.

Application and Admission Procedure

The first thing to be kept in mind is eligibility. Once the candidate has fulfilled all the mentioned criteria, he/she can now proceed further.

How to apply

Candidates need to visit the official website for securing the admission form and read all the instructions carefully. The personal details and the educational qualifications are to be filled accurately.

A unique ID and password will be generated for the login after filling in this information. The student needs to login using these credentials and continue to the form in order to upload the necessary scanned documents and photograph as per the dimensions specified in the instructions.

Finally, the candidates need to make the payment through the available modes specified in the instructions.

Admission procedure

After the payment process is complete, the candidates must take a printout of the application form for future reference. There are different entrance examinations for various courses.

On the basis of the score obtained, a merit list is prepared and the counseling process takes place, culminating into a final interview.

Hostel and Facilities

Hostel

There are separate men’s hostel and women’s hostel with guest houses, internet access, recreational areas, round the clock-health center along with the basic requirements.

Other Facilities

University has turned 42.56 acres of land into a serene and eco-friendly campus filled with all modern facilities, well ventilated classrooms, green landscape, spacious corridors and large playgrounds. The college has also developed solar powered cars, ramps, and lifts for easy mobility of the differently abled students.

The University has digital learning enabled classrooms with air-conditioner, along with Wi-Fi enabled campus, well stocked library, and a large amphitheatre. There are literary club, sports club, fine arts society and a cultural club for the students to explore and exhibit their talents.

The campus has athletic tracks, Cricket ground, courts for Volleyball, Basketball, and Tennis, and indoor gaming facilities for Table tennis, chess and carrom. The Students also have access to a well equipped Gymnasium.
