The Institute of Human Behaviour and Allied Sciences (IHBAS) is in Delhi. The government established it in 1957. IHBAS operates as an autonomous institute. Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and Government of NCT of Delhi jointly fund it.

It promotes education related to mental health. Institute offers postgraduate courses in Neurology, clinical psychology and psychiatry. Its flagship course is M.D Psychiatry. IHBAS provides different postgraduate courses and has three clinical branches.

It is recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI) and is associated with Delhi University.
