Rao Bahadur Y Mahabaleswarappa Engineering College is a private engineering college located in Bellary. It was established in 1980. It is situated in the Cantonment area of Ballari. 

The college is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University in Belgaum. It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).
