The Gadag Institute of Medical Sciences is a government institute. It was established in 2015 in Mallasamudra village in Gadag. Campus occupies 54 acres and main building covers 51,000 square meters.

It is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and recognized by Medical Council of India. Institute offers undergraduate courses like M.B.B.S, B.S Nursing and a Diploma in Nursing.
