The Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences Autonomous Mandya (MIMS) is a government medical institute established in 2006.

MIMS is located on an area of 25 acres. It is affiliated with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bengaluru.

Flagship course is MBBS program. It also offers MD/MS postgraduate courses in different specializations. Also MIMS provides six Para Medical Courses including Diploma in Health Inspector and Medical Laboratory Technology. The total sanctioned seats for the MBBS course is 150 with around 300 faculty members.

The institute features a 550-bedded hospital, furnished hostels for girls and boys, a laboratory, an auditorium, a lounge and a lecture hall. MIMS accepts NEET UG scores for MBBS admissions and NEET PG for MD/MS courses.
