MES Medical College is located in Perintalmanna in Kerala. It was established in 2002 by Muslim Educational Society.

College is affiliated with Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur. It holds approval from National Medical Commission (NMC).

The college offers an MBBS program as its flagship course. It also provides postgraduate medical courses in different specialties. The annual intake for the MBBS program is 150 students. Campus houses a 600-bed hospital with different diagnostic and treatment services.

The college provides multiple facilities. These include standard ward care, nursing services, pharmacy, laboratory services and many diagnostic procedures. It has a 24-hour emergency and trauma care service, MRI, CT scan, ultrasound and a blood bank.
