Government Engineering College, Dahod, is a government institute established in June 2004. Campus covers 17 acres and includes hostel facilities for both boys and girls. There are four academic blocks, a workshop block, a library block and an amenities block, which contains a canteen and sports corner.
The college is recognized by AICTE and affiliated with Gujarat Technological University (GTU). It offers both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Undergraduate offerings include Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering and Computer Engineering. Postgraduate programs include CAD/CAM and CASAD.
Civil Electronics & Communication and Electrical branches accept 30 students each. Computer Engineering and Mechanical departments admit 60 students each. Postgraduate programs accept 18 students in Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering) and Mechanical Engineering (CAD/CAM).
