Gandhi Institute For Technology, Bhubaneswar (GIFT) Khordha

Gandhi Institute for Technology (GIFT) is an engineering college located in Bhubaneswar. It was established in 2007 by the Balaram Panda Trust.

GIFT is a private college. Institute offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs with B.Tech being flagship course. Specializations available include Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Computer Science and Engineering.

The academic staff comprises 250 members. Student population includes approximately 3,200 undergraduates and 250 postgraduate students. Facilities at institute include separate hostels for boys and girls, a central library, sports amenities, a cafeteria, a doctor's chamber and IT infrastructure.

Admission is based on scores from the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) JEE MAIN and the All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE). 

GIFT is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with an A++ grade. It has also been recognized as a Scientific & Industrial Research Organization (SIRO) by Government of India.

GIFT Bhubaneswar is ranked 29th in India. It received 'Band Excellent Institution' designation in ATAL Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements for academic year 2021-22 by Ministry of Education Government of India.

It attracts many top companies for placements with the highest package around 10 LPA and an average package of about 5 LPA.
