SCB Medical College, Cuttack is a government medical college established in 1944. The college has a campus area of around 88 acres. It is affiliated with Utkal University and recognized by the Medical Council of India.

The college offers many medical courses, including M.B.B.S., M.D., M.S., B.D.S., Diploma, Super specialty and PhD The MBBS program serves as the flagship course, admitting 250 students annually. College has around 250 PG trainees and 42 super-specialty trainees. The faculty consists of 25 members.
