Bms School Of Architecture, Yelahanka Bangalore

The BMS School of Architecture is located in Yelahanka in Bangalore. It was established in 2010. It was set up by BMS Educational Trust. It is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University.

Campus covers over 40 acres. The school provides undergraduate postgraduate and PhD programs in Architecture. The Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) is a 5-year program. Master of Architecture (M.Arch) lasts 2 years. PhD program is research-focused. Student population is around 500 with more than 50 faculty members.

The school includes many facilities. These are a computer lab with updated software a canteen and separate hostels for boys and girls. Other facilities include a stationery store, Wi-Fi, a gym and classrooms with audio-visual support. It also has an auditorium transportation services and a health center with an ambulance.

Admission depends on entrance exam scores. For the B.Arch, NATA, JEE and CET scores are accepted. Candidates for the M.Arch must clear GATE or PGCET.

Institute is accredited by Council of Architecture and has a B++ grade from NAAC. In 2024, it ranked 7th among 45 colleges in India according to Indian Institutional Ranking Framework.

The school has international collaborations with institutes like the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing and ETSAB in Barcelona.
