Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute Of Technology (GTBIT) Delhi

Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology (GTBIT) is a private engineering college in Delhi. It was founded in 1999 by the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC).

GTBIT is a technical institute that offers degree programs. It has approval from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Institute is affiliated with Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. It is recognized by University Grant Commission of India under UGC Act section 12B. GTBIT has received an "A Grade" accreditation from NAAC.

The institute provides its flagship B.Tech program at the undergraduate level across nine specializations. The B.Tech course runs in two shifts. New courses in Computer Science and Engineering (Data Science) and Computer Science Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning) are also available.

GTBIT is located in Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. The campus has facilities like laboratories in five large buildings. Other amenities include a library, cafeteria, sports facilities, labs and a computer lab.

Admission to GTBIT requires candidates to pass the IPU-CET entrance exam conducted by GGSIPU. Candidates must achieve over 55% marks in their 10 + 2 or equivalent exam. The institute also accepts CUET UG scores for undergraduate admissions.

Placements - Top employers for GTBIT graduates include Amazon, American Express, HCL and Infosys. According to NIRF 2024 data 310 students were placed from 4-year B.Tech program with a median salary of Rs 5 lakhs.
