Jyothy Institute of Technology is a private engineering college located in Bangalore. It was established in 2011 by Dr. BNV Subrahmanya. The campus covers 10 acres.

Jyothy Institute of Technology is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University. It is approved by All-India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). The institute offers both undergraduate and postgraduate programs in different engineering branches. Core disciplines include Computer Science, Information Science, Electronics and Communication, Mechanical and Civil Engineering. Postgraduate programs available include Computer Science and Engineering, Product Design and Manufacturing, Food Technology and Structural Engineering.

It has a research centre named "Centre for Incubation, Innovation, Research and Consultancy" (CIIRC). The institute has different laboratories and includes notable scientists among its staff. Faculty comprises alumni from prominent institutes like IISc, IIT and NIT.

Placements - In 2023 the highest salary package offered was INR 21 LPA. Recruiters included companies like Capgemini, Wipro, Tata Elxsi and Infosys. 

The institute received NBA accreditation for four courses from 2022 to 2025. According to NIRF 2020 it ranks in band of 250-300 among Top Engineering Colleges. Also the institute has NITI Aayog's approval for its Atal Incubator.
