Chhotu Ram Rural Institute Of Technology Delhi

The Chhotu Ram Rural Institute of Technology (CRRIT) is located in Kanjhawala. It was established in 1985 by the Sir Chhotu Ram Educational Trust. The institute is private and affiliated with the Board of Technical Education (BTE), NCT Delhi.

Campus covers 100 acres in village of Bawana. CRRIT provides facilities like laboratories, workshops, libraries, computer centers, hostels and dining halls. It features a sports complex with facilities for cricket, football, basketball, volleyball and badminton.

CRRIT offers 8 diploma programs in engineering and architecture. The programs include Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Digital Electronics and Microprocessor System Design, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Medical Electronics Engineering and Architecture Assistantship.

Institute has approximately 1750 students and a faculty of 37 members. 

Admission is based on Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by Delhi Skill and Entrepreneurship University (DSEU) followed by counseling by BTE/DSEU.

CRRIT is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

Placements - It placed 122 students in 23 companies, which include Apollo Hospitals, Wipro Ltd, Halonix Ltd, HCL Infosystems and Global Healthline.
