GM Institute of Technology, located in Davangere, is a private engineering college. It was founded in 2001-02 by Srishaila Educational Trust. Campus spans 54 acres.

The institute is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It offers nine undergraduate engineering programs, including Computer Science, Information Science, Electronics and Communication, Mechanical, Civil and Biotechnology Engineering.
