Moodlakatte Institute of Technology (MITK) is a private technical education institute. It was established in 2004 by I. M. Jayarama Shetty. The campus is in Kundapura. MITK is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University Belagavi. The institute has approval from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
