Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology (MPUAT), RCA, is a public university in Udaipur. Government of Rajasthan established university in 1999.

MPUAT provides undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses in Agriculture, Fisheries, Dairy and Food, Engineering and Technology. The university awards bachelor's degrees in 13 disciplines. It also offers master's degrees in 27 specializations and doctoral degrees in 25 areas. MPUAT includes six constituent colleges. These colleges are located in Udaipur and Bhilwara.

Admission requirements for B.Tech programs include passing the 10+2 exams with PCM from a Rajasthan board or equivalent. Students must also qualify for JET, ICAR AIEEA or JEE Mains. For B.Sc, B.F.Sc and M.F.Sc programs, admissions depend on the merit score followed by an interview. M.Tech admissions require GATE Exam scores and a minimum of 50% in BE/BTech
