New Horizon College Of Engineering (NHCE) Bangalore

New Horizon College of Engineering (NHCE) is a private engineering college situated near Marathahalli in Bangalore. It was established in 2001. The college is unaided. The campus is located in Bangalore's IT corridor, surrounded by multinational corporations and IT companies.

NHCE is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and University Grants Commission (UGC). It holds accreditation from NAAC with an 'A' grade and National Board of Accreditation (NBA).

 It offers many undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) programs. The main programs include BE, M.Tech, MBA and MCA. The BE program is the flagship offering, including specializations like CSE, CSE (AI&ML), CSE (DS), ISE, ECE, ME and EEE. NHCE also offers PhD programs in multiple specializations.

NHCE has over 900 students enrolled. The CSE branch has around 700 students. Admissions for UG programs rely on KCET scores. Students from outside Karnataka can use COMEDK-UGET score. Admissions to M.Tech, MBA and MCA programs consider graduation marks and may require a valid score in Karnataka PGCET or other exams like GATE, CAT, MAT, or XAT.

The college features advanced facilities including 16 industry-supported centers of excellence. It also has a self-funded incubation center known as New Horizon Council for Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship (NHCIIE), offering support to entrepreneurs.

As of 2023, NHCE ranks 4th in Bangalore, 6th in Karnataka and falls within the rank band of 151-200 in the Engineering category according to NIRF.
