Naipunya School Of Management, Near Manorama Jn., Cherthala Alappuzha

Naipunnya School of Management, Cherthala is a project of the Archdiocese of Ernakulam-Angamaly which was established in Cherthala in 2003 under the visionary leadership of Rev.Fr. Sebastian Kalapurackal, the former Director of ‘Naipunnya’.

The Patron of the “Naipunnya Group of Institutions” is His Beatitude Cardinal Mar George Alencherry.The Co-Patrons are Bishop Mar Thomas Chakiyath and Bishop MarSebastianEdayanthrath.The Director is Bishop Mar Jose Puthenveettil, Rev.Fr.Dr.Paul Kaithottungal as the Executive Director and Principal and Rev. Fr. Siby Puthenparambil as the Assistant Executive Director.

It is the sister concern of ‘Naipunnya Institute of Management and Information Technology’ at Pongam Koratty which also runs a Public School at Edakkunnu. It was in 1998 that Naipunnya group of Institutions had its beginning at Pongam-Koratty. In 2003-2004 Naipunnya College was selected as the best Tourism-Management Institute by Kerala Tourism Department. Shri Oommen Chandy, the then Chief Minister of Kerala presented the award to Naipunnya Director Fr.Sebastian Kalapurackal in a function held at Thiruvananthapuram.

‘Naipunnya’ as the name signifies aims at professionalism, discipline and holistic development of the students. “To Reach the Unreachable” is the slogan of Naipunnya Group of Institutions. The slogan rings loud and clear as ‘Naipunnya’ continue to expand the horizons of knowledge by giving excellent training to the youth in academic excellence, personal integrity, professional and social commitment.
