Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology is located in Nalanchira, Trivandrum. It is a private college established in 2002. Malankara Catholic Church founded college. It is part of Mar Ivanios Vidyanagar campus which has 17 educational institutes. The college is affiliated with APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University and operates autonomously.

The college offers five B.Tech programs- Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. It also provides M.Tech programs in many specializations.

Mar Baselios College has a library with 18,500 books and 75 national journals. It provides hostel facilities accommodating 350 boys and 200 girls. Various student clubs, including sports, literary, debating, photography and social service, support extracurricular activities.

Admissions occur based on KEAM entrance examination scores. Fifty percent of B.Tech candidates are selected based on this merit.

The college is accredited by NAAC with an A grade. Five B.Tech programs are accredited by NBA until June 2025. College has approvals from AICTE and recognition from UGC.

In 2022, the college ranked 203 out of 216 colleges in India according to The Week. 

Placements - In 2023 college made 325 placement offers. Companies like Infosys, UST Global, IBS Software Solutions and Cognizant Technology Solutions participated in placements.
