Charotar University of Science and Technology (CHARUSAT) is a central university established in the year 2009 under the Gujarat Act. It was formerly known as Education Campus Changa, it is located in village Changa, Gujarat.
CHARUSAT was accredited by UGC (University Grants Commission) in 2009 and by NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) with grade ‘a’ in 2016.
The motto of the University is "Knowledge is eternal." The University offers 64 programs from UG to Ph D under the providence of 8 Institutes and 6 Faculties.
It is spread over 105 acres of land containing unique labs (like aseptic lab, language lab), classrooms, hostels, sports facilities, hospital, etc. It also provides 100MBPS Internet Facility and Wi-Fi free for all.

Campus Facilities
The University provides excellent infrastructure to its students. It has well lit spacious class rooms. It has a wonderful library known as the Knowledge Research Centre. It has an excellent collection of both print and electronic books, journals, technical reports, back volumes and other reading material.
It has adequate infrastructure to meet its requirements, has computerized all its operation using software developed in-house. The University also has well equipped labs. It also provides sports facilities to its students and has eateries and cafes as well.
Hostel facilities
Student Housing is available at the CHARUSAT owned hostel (for girls) and at other four privately owned hostels adjacent to campus.
The life in hostels enables students to spend ample time at the university utilizing library and other facilities to ensure they develop academically and acquire the necessary skills that can be obtained only through experience.
Campus Life
The University promises a vibrant campus including many societies and fests where students can showcase their talents as well as their organisational and leadership skills.

The infra of the college was the first impression I had it. Our college has arrange many workshop in all branch. Our school is governed by a non profit organization. The number of boys are higher than girls in our charusat. Some of them are automobile workshop,Robotics workshop, photoshop workshops etc. No description of any kind.
Academics
Exams are best at its place. The time schedule is according to convince of student. There are two internal mock test ,1 viva, and 1 external examination.
Internships
In our college there is no company come for take intern for internships in our course. So we have to arrange it by ourselves. I have also done a good internship but I wasn’t paid any money for it.
Loans and Scholarships
I have not enrolled for any scholarship. But there is scholarship is provided for scholar student in each branch.
Remarks
Experience At the college was good. That faculty and management was good and made me have fun and learn as well. Every lecture was efficient and the syllabus was also updated with the new trends in the market. Also the faculty was very friendly nature and that made studies more interesting.
Entrance Exam
For admission into my program the candidate needs at least 40% in his class 12th as well as he needs to appear and clear the university entrance test. There might or might not be an interview as I did not give any interview but my friends was supposed to give some interview. The interview is easy as per them.
Fees
The fee of University is very manageable it can be easily awarded by middle class family. As the university is renowned you wont mind paying this small fee for so much of knowledge.
Placements
Placement is provided by the University some of my seniors got placed in some of the companies with an average placement of around 2 to 3 lakh per annum. I did not sit for the placement as I wanted to study more.
Hostel and Facilities
I did not take any hostel as I stayed near the college in a PG. I have paid around 4k as the rent excuding electricity and food. The rent depnds on the locality. There are some good food outlets which give food cheap. As per my friends the hostel facilities was good.
Alumni
There is no ragging and the campus and the seniors and the management is very friendly. I don't think there is any alumini meet sort of thing.
Faculty
The college is very good at teaching as well as most of them have over 10 years of teaching experience. There always available to clear the doubts of the student and make the teaching very easy for students to understand.
Campus Life
The events on the campus are limited but still we get some events. Such as technical, cultural fest are done.
Academics
The exam structure is pretty easy as the doubts are always cleared on time and enough gap between the exam is given by the management. The results are mostly out on time and I did not feel any kind of bias in cheking too. Though I felt topper were told about the questions in advance but I am not sure.
Internships
No internship was offered during my time and students who are interested can do so in their summer breaks. Internships are very important during the placement season as the students who have interned are preferred over those who have not by top companies.
Loans and Scholarships
I did not get any type of scholarship though I have heard that the scholarship is offered to students for not that financially sound and also top ranking students.
Remarks
My experience at the college has been one of the best experinces of my whole life. The faculty of the college fore me was good though i dont think many will agree with me as they were strict and most students were scared of them but since i was a good and bright students they loved and always pushed me towards my dreams. The attitude of the management towards the student is very positive and thus which helps students to grow in their field.

I got admitted based on my CAT entrace score where i scored 87 percentile.
Fees
The fee for my course of the college is pretty reasonable as per me. Though i cannot speak for everybody as everone have different financial backgrounds. Student can pay totally fees or students can pay on semester wise fees also an option available. There is also a scholarship programs..
Placements
Over 90% of the students in match got placed. Its not that trhe rest didnt they actaully didnt sit for the placement as they wanted to start something of their own. So technically all were placed. The average package was also good. I was happy witn the placement.
Hostel and Facilities
In my time only girls hostel was there but i think some arrangements for boys have also been made. You have to adjust to the mess food as it is not same as the home cooked food but after a while you get used to it.

Student meet pass out student for discuss their experience for once after passing course and how pass out student looks the world after passed, their challenge, their work/job, their experience and how they handle every situation..
Faculty
The faculty has been co-operative with me throughout my coures. All of them made us very comfortable and there was no fear. Also they treated everyone equally there was no discrimination between topper and average students.
Campus Life
The campus life of the college is great. The gender ratio of the college is also decent but this also varies from batch to batch. Overall i can say that you can enjoy as well as study here if you want to.

Yes, College provide summer internship program. Generally stipend is depends on the company. College gives us choice to choose by own for summer internship program or else they are choose company for us for summer internship program.. stipend is depends on company if their rules and regulation is allow then some of the student will get stipend and some of not
Loans and Scholarships
The fee is pretty manageable so i dont think anyone will need loan but if you still need it you can contact the college. But yes scholarship is provided to top ranking students every semester and if you want to keep getting it you have to maintain a minimum CGPA and if it falls below that you wont get it.
