Remarks

My experience at the college was great. I met a lot of people here from different backgrounds and even made a lot of friends. It is a great place to experience and experiment.

Entrance Exam

The university conducts in own entrance test for admission into the b.,tech program. I also gave the Integral university entrance test. Though. The college also accepts students who have decent score in IIT Mains. Also, the college is in the same city where I live.

Fees

Like other college has increased their fee, my college also has increased the fee. The fee when I pursued my b.tech program was around Rs 1 lakh for 1 year. As compared to other pvt colleges, the fee is ok.

Placements

The placement is not that great. Main companies were TCS and WIPRO. WIPRO came for the BPO hiring, I did not join them. TCS recruited a major chunk of the batch almost 20% students were hired by TCS.

Hostel and Facilities

The college has a good hostel. It is surrounded by greenery. The rooms are spacious and clean and hygienic. The food is great. Being a day scholor I do not have detailed info about the hostel, but I has friends who stayed and has good remarks about the hostel.

Alumni

Though there is nothing as of alumni meet or stuff but you can connect with them through social meda. They are very helpful. Now being a senior, I also help other students in taking decision.

Faculty

The college recruits top ranking passout students post completion of the their education. So the faculty is really young. Even some of friends are working as lecturers. Though thi sis a good move as the young minds know what critical changes are required in the college. Be it academic, or cultural events. And now in power, they have the ability to make the changes.

Campus Life

The college has great sports facilities. Extra foucs is on popular sports like cricet a football. We even have a big ground for that. Other extracurricular activities are also given importance and we have an annual sports fest. Also various sports competition are organized from time to time. Awards are given to top sportsmen. The college organizes a number of events throughout the year. Renowned poets and policticans are called as guest speakers and chief guests.

Academics

The course curriculum was old and there was almost non practical approach to the subject. But I belong to the old batch (2010 pass out), a lot has chained since then, that’s what I have heard. The best part about the college exams is the slots. Exam are held in 2 slots i.e morning and evening, so that the decorum of the campus is maintained. The faculty is strict during the exams and rooms are invigilated.

Internships

Students have to find the internship on their own. The college does not provide any. Though it is mandatory in the 3 rd year to have a summer internship.

Loans and Scholarships

I don’t think so there is any scholarship or loan waivers but the university does provide some fee waivers for the students who do not have strong financial background.

Remarks

The college is great and the management is constantly working towards achieving new goals and provide better education to its students. The faculty is good and classes are also spacious. Overall I had a good experience.

Entrance Exam

Since, I am pursuing the bca course I did not had given any entrance test for admission in the college. The admission was just based on my class 12th marks but I was called for an interview in the campus. It is very easy.

Fees

Students need to pay around Rs 50k every semester. The total fee that the students needs to pay in 3 years is around 1.5 lakhs this includes the caution money of about 5k and I am still waitiung for the caution money. The fee of the this course is almost the same for every private college.

Placements

There are a lot of companies during the placement season some of the top comaonies are HCL, IBM, Wipro, Amazon, hdfc bank. Around 80% of the students get placed. Then salary package differs from company to comapany. Top companies offer upto Rs 4 lakhs.

Hostel and Facilities

The rooms of the hostel are great but the food of the mess is not upto the mark. The fee for the hostel is around 60k with food included. Though you will only find vegetarian food and if you want to have non veg you have to go out and eat it. The university should do something about this.

Alumni

Yes we get a chance to meet the alumni andask questions. Though I did not do so. Some of my friends asked them questions about the career prospects, growth and top companies. The seniors of the college are also very friendly and help us a lot in educational or non educational matters. There is no ragging.

Faculty

The faculty of the college is very knowledgeable though gthey are not the best but are good enough to make you understand the concepts of your subjects. They take special care of students who are not that good in studies.

Campus Life

The campus life is good and students can get a lot of exposure in their own filed if they want. The gender ratio of the college is around 40% girls and rest are boys. Any type of ragging to juniors is not accepted and strict actions are taken against those who try to.

Academics

The exam schedule is pretty awesome. We have enough breaks in btw exams to prepare for the next one and revise also. The teachers are also great and provide us doubt session during the cam time.

Internships

A few companies came for the placement. TCS comes every year to hire students of this course. The placement begins around the 5th semester.

Loans and Scholarships

Being a minority institute we get scholarships from the govt the amount of Rs 25k is provided every year to deserving students. Even I got the benefit of it and I am looking forward to getting it next year as well.

Remarks

The college has great campus and there is a lot of greenery around. Other than that the faculty of the college is very experienced. The college focuses both the extra-curricular activities as well as academic. The sports facilities lag a bit and the management should do something about it. The course curriculum can be a bit updated.

Entrance Exam

The college accepts students based on jee mains. It also conducts its own entrance test i.e the integral university entrance test for admission. I didn’t score good in jee and gave the university test. I scored good marks and got admission in it. IT is also one of the best pvt colleges in lucknow.

Fees

The fee for the btech course is Rs 1.3 lakhs. The best part is you don’t have to pay all the fee at one but in two installments. Some additional fee like bus fee, hostel fee is not included in this fee.

Placements

The college placed over 80% of the students. TCS recruits students in a good number. Though the placement varies from branch to branch. Just like other colleges the placement ,of IT and Cs students is the highest. The average package is around 3-5 lakhs.

Hostel and Facilities

The hostel rooms are spacious enough to accommodate 3 people. The fee the college charges is around 80k. The mess food is not that good and other than there is no problem. Students can also go for pg’s near the college many of friends lived there the rent of the pg’s range from Rs 4-8k per month.

Alumni

I am yet to meet an alumni as there are no alumni meets uptill now. The seniors are very grounded and made me feel just like home. They have helped me a lot throughout my course. The campus is ragging free as the college has very strict anti-ragging laws.

Faculty

The faculties are very understanding. They extra care in making us understanding serious and important topics. They also help us prepare for competitive exams. The course is a bit outdated and the faculties also tell us and refer us books which have the new syllabus.

Campus Life

The college does not discriminate students on any basis. Also, there is no ragging. Events and competitions are also organized in the campus. The campus is beautiful and full of greenery. The campus also has mosque. The college is really fun for me. There are a log of extr curricular activies which students can take part in.

Academics

The exams is just not written marks but marks are also given for assignments, class participation, attendance, project work etc. exams are conducted each month so there is not much stress. Overall its not that hectic but you have to study.

Internships

Yes, internship is offered. Companies come to the campus and select students for internship. They can also go for a company of their choice. Some companies also pay stipend. The best part is if you perform very well then even hire you once you graduate.

Loans and Scholarships

I don’t have much information about the loans but I think scholarship is offered to deserving top ranking students.

Remarks

Management of the college is average. Do the university is very well known interstate. I told this colleges the college has good placement.

Entrance Exam

The university conductor zone entrance exam for admission. I also gave that entrance test and scored around 350 ranks. I chose this college as it is one of the top colleges which office great placement opportunities

Fees

The fee of the college is very expensive for me. I have paid around 1.3 lacs per annum as the fee . As compared to other colleges of similar status the fee of the college is high. Though the good part is that you have to pay the fee year wise and not in one go.

Placements

The placements not as expected as i thought. Only software in marketing companies came during the placement season and for the rest of the branches the placement was bad. Only a couple of mass recruiters company higher student in a lot of numbers. The average placement package was around 3.5-5 lacs

Hostel and Facilities

The college provides hostel facilities. Rooms are provided on single as well as sharing this is. The fee charged by the hostel is decent and it charges you around Rs 70,000 based on your. There is a dedicated mess to which provide good quality food.

Alumni

The college alumni today holds respectable positions in various top companies. The seniors are very supportive as well as the college administration makes the college atmosphere ragging free. The management is very strict regarding rules and regulations regarding this.

Faculty

Faculty of the college is decent. Most of them have masters degree and some of those of phd degrees too. There are limited teachers who have industry background and that can be increased.
