The National Power Training Institute (NPTI) is in Faridabad, Haryana. It is a government institute established in 1965 to offer courses in power sector. NPTI operates under Ministry of Power Government of India.

The institute offers different Post-Graduate Diploma courses. These include Renewable Energy and Grid Interface Technologies, Smart Grid Technologies, Power System Operation and Power Plant Engineering. The flagship program is the Post Graduate Diploma in Power Plant Engineering.
