The University College of Engineering JNTUK, Vizianagaram, is a part of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada. It was established in 2007. College is situated in Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh. 

Focus areas of institute include Computer Science, Information Technology and Infrastructure development. It offers undergraduate programs leading to a B.Tech degree in seven disciplines. Undergraduate disciplines are Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical, Metallurgical and Civil Engineering. Institute also offers postgraduate programs in five disciplines leading to an M.Tech degree. M.Tech disciplines include Computer Science, Systems & Signal Processing, Advanced Power Systems, Information Technology and Thermal Engineering.

Admission to the undergraduate programs is based on merit in EAMCET. For the two-year M.Tech admission relies on GATE or PGECET and counseling by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education.

Institute is approved by AICTE and accredited by NBA. It is also recognized by the UGC. In 2023, the institute ranked 106 out of 170 colleges in India according to the IIRF.

Institute provides facilities like a Central Library, ICT Centre, Department Laboratories, hostels for both girls and boys and sports facilities for outdoor and indoor games.

Placements - During the placement season in 2021, around 200 students were placed with a median salary range of Rs 3,50,000 to Rs 3,60,000.
