Vemu Institute Of Technology (VEMU) Chittoor

Vemu Institute of Technology is located in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh. It was established in 2008 by Prof. (Dr.) K. Chandra Sekhar Naidu. The institute operates as an unaided private institute. It occupies a 16-acre campus on Tirupathi-Chittoor Highway.

Institute affiliates with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Anantapuramu (JNTUA). It offers undergraduate postgraduate and diploma courses. B.Tech program is primary course, featuring specializations like Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering.

The student body includes around 3200 students and is supported by 176 faculty members. The physical infrastructure contains modern amenities like A/C training rooms, an auditorium, a library and sports facilities.
