Sri Venkateswara College Of Engineering, Tirupati (SVCE) Chittoor

Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering (SVCE) is a private engineering institute in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. It was established in 2007. The college is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. It has approval from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

SVCE offers both undergraduate and postgraduate programs. At undergraduate level it provides a B.Tech program. For postgraduate studies, it offers M.Tech, MCA and MBA courses. The B.Tech program serves as the flagship offering. The college has departments in many engineering fields, including Electronics & Communications, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronics, Information Technology, Mechanical and Civil Engineering.

Student body is large with over 2100 students placed in multinational companies during 2021-22 academic year.

The college provides many different facilities. These include a library which houses numerous books and journals. Students have access to both indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Other available resources include Wi-Fi, IT infrastructure, transportation and laboratories.

For B.Tech admissions college considers scores from AP-EAMCET examination. M.Tech admissions depend on GATE/PGECET scores. Admissions for MCA and MBA rely on AP-ICET scores. SVCE holds NAAC accreditation with an 'A' grade.

SVCE was ranked 88 out of 281 colleges in India and 57 out of 246 colleges for its B.Tech program, both in 2023 as reported by India Today. 

Placements - Over 2100 students achieved placements in 2021-22 academic year. Average salary package offered was Rs. 4.2 LPA.
