BABA Institute of Technology and Sciences is a private educational institute located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. It was established in 2008 by a group of academicians. The institute focuses on technology and business education.

Campus covers 15 acres. BABA Institute of Technology is affiliated with Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada. 

The institute offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses. Undergraduate programs include four-year B.Tech degrees in Civil Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering and Mechanical Engineering. Graduate programs feature M.Tech degrees in CAD/CAM, Computer Science & Technology, Power Electronics & Drives, Structural Engineering, VLSI Design and an MBA in Finance, Human Resource Management and Marketing.

The institute provides many facilities, including separate hostels for boys and girls, a library, sports amenities, an auditorium, laboratories, transportation services and a cafeteria.

Entrance into the B.Tech program requires the AP EAMCET exam. M.Tech admission relies on PGECET exam. MBA program accepts APICET exam. The institute is approved by AICTE and accredited by NAAC. In 2020, it received a B.Tech ranking of #106 from TOI.
