G Pulla Reddy Engineering College (GPREC) Kurnool

Located in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, G Pulla Reddy Engineering College is the oldest engineering college in Andhra Pradesh. It is an autonomous institution accredited by NAAC.

The college offers various courses at under graduate and post graduate level and has a well-maintained campus with all the student facilities like library, women’s cell, hostel, sports courts etc. The training and placement cell of the college is very active and many companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra etc. visit the campus to recruit the students.

The college has a large campus and is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. The admissions are strictly based on the merit obtained by the students in the entrance examinations.

The admissions to under graduate courses are made on the basis of ranks secured in Engineering and Medical Common Entrance Test and the admissions to post graduate courses are based on the ranks obtained in PGCET.

Separate hostels are allotted to boys and girls by the institute. There are both A/C and non-A/C rooms available with separate or attached washrooms at different fees.

The rooms provided are clean and well furnished. Resident wardens is assigned by the institute for assisting the students. Also security guards are appointed for safety purposes at the hostels.
