Specifically, the university releases two lists – one for B. Pharma and the other for the engineering courses. The university will also check for the eligibility criteria like the minimum score secured by the student in their 12th grade.  Once this step is cleared the candidate is free to choose the course based on the availability.

Once the results of the exam are out, students are called for counseling where they can apply for various programs offered at this university based on the availability. The results are announced in June and the admit list and the waitlist comes out during the 1st week of July. Based on the score of the candidate and the availability of the seats, the students will be allotted their seats. In case of a tie, the university gives preference to students who have scored high in Mathematics, followed by Physics, Chemistry and finally the aggregate scored by the candidates in their 12th grade.

Once the students finish their counseling, they need to report at the allotted college with the required documents to confirm their admission. The fees for the respective courses will also be given to the students at the time of counseling.
