Glocal University is a state private university established in 2012. It is located in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The campus spans 300 acres and lies near the Shivalik mountains.

University offers over 35 courses through six schools. It provides undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma and doctorate programs. Certification and vocational courses are also available.

Around 3000 students are enrolled supported by a faculty of 200.
